Global Women Leadership Conference | Istanbul | 15 - 18 Nov 2026

About

Global Summit Council (GS Council) is bringing together women and girls from around the world for the Global Women Leadership Conference 2026, a four-day international gathering taking place from November 15–18, 2026, at Istanbul Congress Center in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Built around the theme “Women Leading with Confidence, Voice, Purpose, and Global Impact,” the conference is designed to provide an international platform for women at different stages of their leadership journeys to strengthen their confidence, develop practical skills, expand their professional networks, and connect with a diverse international community.

Across four days, participants will engage in activities and discussions focused on leadership development, public speaking, confidence building, mentorship, personal branding, career growth, professional communication, entrepreneurship, cultural exchange, international networking, and community impact. The programme moves beyond conventional conference listening, offering engagement through keynote conversations, women leadership circles, communication labs, confidence-building workshops, mentorship sessions, career-growth discussions, community-impact planning, networking, and cross-border collaboration to connect women across generations and geographical boundaries.

Ultimately, GS Council aims for participants to leave Istanbul with stronger confidence, practical leadership skills, new international perspectives, meaningful professional relationships, and ideas they can take back to their workplaces, businesses, educational institutions, projects, and communities.
