Alpha Wave Ventures has halved its holding in logistics major Delhivery by selling shares worth Rs 332.5 crore through a bulk deal on Wednesday.
According to exchange data, Alpha Wave sold 72.22 lakh shares, representing nearly 1% stake in the Gurugram-based company, at an average price of around Rs 460.4 per share. The transaction was valued at Rs 332.5 crore.
Alpha Wave Ventures, which held a 1.93% stake in Delhivery as of March 2026, has nearly halved its holding through the latest transaction.
The transaction comes a day after Nexus Venture Partners sold shares worth Rs 208 crore in Delhivery through a bulk deal. With the latest sale, venture investors have collectively offloaded more than Rs 1,256.5 crore worth of Delhivery shares in the past few months. Nexus alone has sold shares worth Rs 924 crore since April, including block deals worth Rs 530 crore and Rs 186 crore,
In Q4 FY26, the Gurugram-based logistics firm reported a 30% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 2,850 crore from Rs 2,192 crore in Q4 FY25, while its profits stood at Rs 72.3 crore during the same period.
At the end of today’s trading session, shares of Delhivery closed at Rs 478 apiece, valuing the company at a total market capitalization of Rs 35,795 crore (approximately $3.76 billion).
