This sets up a huge buff for Kawaki, and at the same time, brings forth a deadly timeline where Akebi could potentially be revived as an Otsutsuki, setting up the next major villain for the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex series. We absolutely cannot wait to see how this plotline develops and what becomes of Kashin Koji following his abduction. Whether he will be reintegrated into Konoha from here onwards or be saved by Boruto Uzumaki later down the line remains to be seen.
Big Fights Are Lined Up In The New Boruto Arc On July 20, 2026
No matter which way we look at it, the time for massive exposition and buildup is over, and Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 36 is going to start focusing directly on the major confrontations in the series.
