GTA Online: Kortz Center Payout & Cooldown Times
The amount of GTA$ you can earn from the Kortz Center Heist depends entirely on how many times you've played it this week, and what Secondary Targets you focus on collecting for some bonus cash. You will only get GTA$2,000,000+ in your FIRST Kortz Center Heist of the week, which resets every Thursday. Every subsequent Kortz Center Heist until the reset will have significantly reduced pay, and we'll showcase these GTA$ values and the cooldown periods between repeating heists.
Kortz Center Heist Payout: First Weekly Run vs. Repeated Farming
Your first weekly run of the Kortz Center Heist will be around $1,925,000 for the Primary Target, and you can find a maximum of $2,650,000 from Secondary Targets.
However, it's worth noting that you can only carry a limited amount of loot, and each stolen painting takes around 50% of your loot bag capacity, so realistically, you'll only ever be able to get around $2,200,000 as a solo player on your first weekly Kortz Center Heist.
After your first weekly Kortz Center Heist, you can repeatedly farm it. However, the payout will be reduced to around $400,000 (give or take, depending on how much secondary loot you can get).
You will still need to pay $100,000 to replay the Kortz Center Heist, so you will only be making a $300,000 profit. That's without factoring in the costs for the Mansion and Art Studio.
All Kortz Center Heist Cooldown Times (Solo vs. Co-op)
The Kortz Center Heist can be repeated after a short delay, just like Cayo Perico. You need to wait for a call from Raf, who will only call you when you're outside:
- Solo Runs: 2 hours and 24 minutes (3 in-game days).
- Co-Op Runs (2-4 Players): Every 48 minutes (1 in-game day).
If you pay to run the Kortz Center Heist again within 15 minutes of Raf calling you, then you will be placed into Hard Mode (as noted by the red skull note on the Planning Board). Hard Mode gives you a +10% payout, but the laser traps and vault hacking will be much more difficult to complete.
I'd rather sacrifice an extra 10% if it meant the heist was a little easier, as the amount of prep work involved takes around an hour, so I'd rather not risk making mistakes that force me to restart the heist just for around $40,000 extra.
If you receive a call from Raf after 10-15 minutes, then this is likely a glitch, but you should make the most of it while it lasts, or else you will have to wait for the longer time periods mentioned above!
