Moonlight Peaks: How to Make Sugar
There are plenty of sweet treats you can learn to make in Moonlight Peaks. To make such delights, you're going to need Sugar! To make Sugar, you're going to need farm plots, some Sugarbones, and a Mill. If you want the tastiest sugary treats, you'll want to learn the recipe we have posted below, so you can follow the step-by-step process for acquiring each ingredient.
How to Make Sugar in Moonlight Peaks
Sugar is made from combining Sugarbone with a Mill. Below, we'll show you the process you need to complete to make sugar with ease.
How to Grow Sugarbone
Sugar comes from the Sugarbone plants, which you can either harvest from the wild in the Howling Marshes or plant on your farm after buying seeds from Luna. They only grow in the Spring and Summer seasons!
It will take 5 days for it to be harvestable, but each plant produces three Sugarbones. When you plant the seeds on a dug-out plot (made with a shovel), make sure you water them every day to make sure they keep growing.
How to Get the Mill
Visit Ridge at the Howling Hammer, and he can build you a Mill for 8,000 Coins. Getting the number of coins you need can be challenging, but there are a few ways to make coins fast. It takes two days for Ridge to build the Mill once you've decided on where to place it on the farm!
How to Use the Mill to Make Sugar
Once the Mill is complete, you can interact with it like any other station and select your Sugarbone plant to create Sugar (1 Sugarbone = 2 Sugar). After the processing time is complete, you collect the Sugar from the Mill, and you're free to use it for recipes, gift it, or sell it!
