Geely prices new EX2 electric crossover from £20,990 in the UK
The compact crossover will be available in three trim levels: Pro, Max and Ultra. Built on Geely’s Global Intelligent New Energy Architecture (GEA), the EX2 features rear-wheel drive across the line-up.
The entry-level EX2 Pro combines a 35 kWh battery with a 60 kW electric motor and offers a WLTP range of up to 155 miles (249 km). The Max and Ultra versions use a larger 47 kWh battery and an electric motor producing 85 kW and 150 Nm of torque, increasing the WLTP range to up to 214 miles (344 km).
All variants support DC fast charging at up to 80 kW and come with a 6.6 kW onboard charger. Standard equipment on the Pro includes a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, electrically adjustable front seats, keyless entry and start, LED daytime running lights and vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality.
The Max grade, priced from £23,490, adds the larger battery pack and more powerful motor. The range-topping Ultra, priced from £25,490, features two-tone exterior paint, ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera system, wireless phone charging, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a powered tailgate and a six-speaker audio system. A white interior is available as a £200 option.
The EX2 will be offered in six exterior colours: Moon White, Comet Grey, Star Silver, Nebula Beige, Aurora Green and Jupiter Pink.
Geely launched the EX2 as the Xingyuan in China in October 2024 and has seen strong market demand for the model. According to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), it was China’s best-selling new energy vehicle last year, with 465,775 units delivered. The carmaker began expanding the model internationally in November 2025, launching it in Brazil under the name EX2.
