If you've already got the Abaco Island treasure map and are looking for its solution in AC4 Black Flag Resynced, you'll first need to head to the island itself (582, 808), located north of Nassau. If you've explored the area before, you might have already come across this island while following the main questline.
Once on Abaco Island, you'll need to go to the north-east corner of the island, where you'll find a shipwreck. At the location I've marked and the coordinates 586, 811, you'll find the dig spot near the bushes under the palm tree.
