Moonlight Peaks: How to Grow a Drikker
Not only can you grow tomatoes, wheat, and other typical crops in Moonlight Peaks, but you can also grow magical plants with equally magical benefits! However, growing magical crops takes a different strategy than your normal plants. There's a special watering tool and a few other things to note, specifically with the Drikker Seeds, to get what you need.
How to Harvest a Drikker Plant in Moonlight Peaks
To harvest a Drikker Plant in Moonlight Peaks, first you'll have to plant one in the Spring or Summer. You can get the seeds from Luna after you fix your broken wand and help her grow Moonfruit. The seeds cost 280 coins per seed. Once you have them, use your shovel to dig up a spot to plant them on your farm. Open your inventory and place the seeds on a dug-up plot, and you'll see the seeds in a dirt pile.
To water Drikker seeds, you need to use your Aquaflux I or Aquaflux II spell. Even if it is raining, they still need magical watering.
After 3 days, they will become sprouts. On the fourth day, the Drikker sprout will have an opening at the top of the plant and a water symbol overhead. You need to use your regular watering can to fill the inside with water — this is separate from watering it with Aquaflux, as the spell will only water the ground. If it is raining, it will naturally fill the plant, and you won't have to use your watering can.
In 10 days, your Drikker will be ready to harvest. You can do this like all other crops, approach it, and use the interaction button to harvest the plant.
How to Use Drikker Plants in Moonlight Peaks
One of the most beneficial uses for the Drikker plants is to run them through the Mana Extractor to get at least 80% of a Mana bottle, which can be used to fill up your magic abilities. Mana can be put into recipes to fill up your Mana meter so you can use more spells in a day!
Speaking of recipes, the Drikker on its own can be used as an ingredient in Watergruwel. You can also sell your Drikker plant for 500 coins in Chester, but you'll get way more for selling the recipe.
You can also consume the Watergruwel to give yourself 110 energy back. To get the recipe, you'll need to buy the Cooking for Vampires book from Coffee & Coffins for 2,500 coins. It's full of recipes that will help give you more energy!
