Mysterious Mushrooms is one of the many materials you can find in Palworld, and it is located on Sakurajima Island. To reach Sakurajima Island, head southeast of the Moonflower Tower. If you haven't unlocked that boss yet, simply head north across the islands to eventually reach the mushroom-infested swamps.

There are two types of mushroom trees on the island, red and blue. Destroying both of them yield Mysterious Mushrooms. So, you will have a lot of materials once you're done farming the area.

Cutting down the mushroom trees requires an axe like any other tree. But it might take a while using the standard one. So, it is recommended to craft the Metal Axe as it will save a lot of time.
