Once you get to the island, head to the southern area as indicated with the coordinates (586, 811) on the Andreas Island treasure map in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. You'll find a small piece of land separated by water with three palm trees. Go near the location, and you'll get the option to dig for the treasure.

Inside the little hidden area, you'll find a large chest that you can open to get "Solaris" from the "Mundus Subterraneus" art piece. Right next to the chest, you can pick up the Andreas Island treasure map in AC Black Flag Resynced from the skeletal remains of a sailor.
