GTA Online: Kortz Center Heist Elite Challenge
With a new Heist in GTA Online comes a new Elite Challenge. The Kortz Center Elite Challenge only pays $50,000, and the requirements are rather difficult. You're going to need to complete the Kortz Center Heist in under 17 minutes, have a 90% accuracy, never lose loot bag value, and leave with the Buyer's Request. It's tricky, but it is doable for solo players, which we'll showcase below.
Completing the Elite Challenge for the Kortz Center Heist will reward you with $50,000, so if the requirements below seem like too much work for a measly bonus, then feel free to just complete the heist the safe way.
Kortz Center Heist Elite Challenge Requirements

| Complete in under 17 minutes | If you're efficient, you should be able to complete the heist in 15 minutes. The Alpha Mail approach is the easiest entry point, and the Annihilator Chopper is the fastest exit point. Make sure you learn your paths in and out of the Kortz Center, along with how to quickly get through the laser traps and solve the hacking puzzles (fingerprint scanner + vault minigame). |
| Value loss limit under $15,000 | If you don't get detected, then you won't have to worry about getting shot, as taking damage makes your loot lose value, so just stick to cover if you have been caught, or try to avoid the police. |
| Shooting accuracy over 90% | Aim for headshots and don't miss a shot, as you need an accuracy of 90% to pass this section for the Elite Challenge. Avoid free-fire against police helicopters and only shoot when it's a guaranteed hit. |
| Buyer's Request List | During the Scope Out, Raf will send you two paintings that are "Buyer's Requests," as noted by their gold dollar icon. Make sure you infiltrate with these paintings as your secondary targets. They can spawn either in the vault or in the central exhibition. |
Make sure you complete the Guard Shipments and Guard Routes optional prep work so that guards don't have armor and you can see their positions on the minimap.
Be advised, the Annihilation Chopper is the fastest to reach the getaway location, but the pilot is an NPC and might end up flying in the line of sight of police.
You can also purchase the Security upgrade for the Mansion so that you will only have a 3-star Wanted level.
