Fortnite Runners just got even hotter with its content, taking players into a DC-themed summer event. Starting July 16, players can battle DC characters, wield Batman's Grapnel Gun, and cruise around in the Batman Beach Buggy. That's not all, however, as all-new Sprites have arrived on the island, with the Seven Sprite easily being one of the strongest. Here is how to get the Seven Sprite fast in Fortnite.

Unlike certain Sprites in Fortnite, like the Batman Sprite and even the Striker Sprite, the Seven Sprite does not spawn in a dedicated location. To get the Seven Sprite, players need to rely on a bit of RNG, as it can be found randomly through Chests, Sprites Chests, and other methods. Since the Seven Sprite is a Legendary, Sprite Chests yield the best chance of finding it, though it is possible to get it out of a regular Chest.

Here's a rundown of all the ways you can get a Seven Sprite in Fortnite:

  • Chests and Rare Chests (Low Chance)
  • Sprite Chests (Best Chance)
  • Sprite Locator (New Gizmo — this is how I got my first Seven Sprite variant)
  • Dropped from other players who are carrying it (either through trading or eliminations)

The Seven Sprite also has a number of different Special versions that you can find on the Fortnite island, all of which are slightly rarer than the base version. More Special Sprites will arrive in Fortnite in the future, but for now, here is every Special Seven Sprite you can get in Fortnite:

  • Gold
  • Gummy
  • Galaxy
  • Holofoil

The Seven Sprite will easily be one of the best go-to Sprites for those looking to track down enemy players and secure those high-elimination games. When equipped, the Seven Sprite will reveal enemy foot trails.

This effect will also apply to any players in your Squad, meaning that you only really need one teammate carrying the Sprite if you are simply looking to make use of its effect when playing in Duos, Trios, or Squads. This ability does have a limited range, however.
