Sekhmet is one of the most sought-after new Pals introduced in Palworld 1.0, and it is easy to see why. Besides its eye-catching design, this Ground-type Pal brings one of the strongest base support abilities in the game by making Anubis even more efficient at crafting and production.

If you’re building the ultimate automated base or simply trying to complete your Paldeck, Sekhmet deserves a place in your collection. The good news is that, unlike all the other powerful new Pals, Sekhmet is not locked behind the World Tree in Palworld.

Where to Find Sekhmet in Palworld

To find the Ground-type Pal Sekhmet in Palworld, you should head to the Desert Area in the northeast of the main map.

The easiest place to search is the large desert surrounding the Tower of the PIDF Syndicate Tower. If you are progressing through the main story, you will naturally pass through this area, making it the perfect opportunity to add Sekhmet to your team.

It can also appear near the World Tree desert region, although the standard desert locations are generally easier to reach for most players.

How to Catch Sekhmet in Palworld

Sekhmet is a Ground type Pal, so bringing Grass type Pals into battle will give you some advantage. Grass attacks deal extra damage and can help lower its health safely before attempting a capture.

Before heading out, make sure you have plenty of high-quality Pal Spheres. Mega Spheres are the minimum recommended option, while Giga Spheres provide a much better chance of securing the capture without wasting resources.

Once Sekhmet's health is low, begin throwing your Pal Spheres until the capture succeeds.

Avoid defeating Sekhmet by accident. If your damage output is high, switch to weaker attacks once its health gets low.

Sekhmet Partner Skill and Work Suitability

Sekhmet's biggest strength comes from its Partner Skill, Desert Empress. When assigned to your base, Sekhmet boosts Anubis' work speed by 20 percent. If both Pals are working together at a Workbench, Workshop, or another production facility, Anubis also gains an additional 30 percent efficiency increase.

This makes Sekhmet one of the best support Pals for crafting-focused bases. Since Anubis is already considered one of the strongest workers in Palworld, pairing the two together dramatically improves production speed.

Besides this, Sekhmet is an outstanding worker with excellent Work Suitability levels. It has Handiwork Level 6, Mining Level 3, and Transporting Level 2.

Its exceptionally high Handiwork stat makes it one of the best crafting Pals available in Palworld 1.0. You can also improve these work levels further using Work Suitability Books, making Sekhmet even more valuable over time.

How to Breed Sekhmet in Palworld

If you would rather hatch one instead of searching the desert, you can also get Sekhmet through breeding.

Some breeding combinations you can try are:

  • Anubis + Nyafia
  • Bakemi + Necromus
  • Ophydia + Prixter
  • Moldron + Sootseer
