How to Increase Inventory Space in Moonlight Peaks

Inventory space in Moonlight Peaks is limited, and players finding themselves running out of places to store their loot in the middle of an adventure is all too common.

Even inside the farm itself, inventory management is an issue. Luckily, players can increase their personal storage space by purchasing the Inventory Upgrades from Webb of Wonders. Here’s how this works.

How to Get Inventory Upgrade in Moonlight Peaks

In Moonlight Peaks, you can upgrade your inventory space by buying the Inventory Upgrade item from Sabrina at the Webb of Wonders shop’s Tools tab.

The first one Inventory Upgrade available right from the start, and the second only appears in the shop after you purchase the first one. With both Inventory Upgrades, you can double the size of your personal storage, going from 20 slots to 40 slots.

How to Manage Your Inventory in Moonlight Peaks

Other than the Inventory Upgrades, Moonlight Peaks gives you two main tools to manage inventory:

1. Home Storage
2. Storage Crate

Home Storage

In your house, the game provides an infinite storage space where you can place as many items as you want without ever running out. This is simply called “Storage” in-game.

• To place items in Storage: Enter your house, open your inventory, select the item you want to store, and press “Store.” If it is a stack of items, choose how many items you want to put in storage, and they’ll be deposited there instantly.
• To take items out of Storage: Enter your house and press G (PC) or D-Pad Down (Controller) to open Storage. Find the item you want to take out and confirm your selection. If there is no empty space in your inventory, the item will be dropped to the ground.

The key thing to note about personal Storage is that it can only be accessed when you’re inside your house. This means that every time you want to put something in or take something out, you’ll have to go through the hassle of entering and exiting the house.

If you’re on PC, you can download the House Storage Anywhere mod to access Storage when you’re outside the house, solving the biggest problem with this method.

Storage Crate

Storage Crates are craftable storage devices that you can craft at a Workbench using 10 Planks. Each Storage Crate comes with 12 slots and can be placed anywhere inside your farm, allowing for customization.

The main benefit of Storage Crates over Home Storage is the fact that you don’t have to go in and out of the house every time you want to open them.

If you have crafting stations placed outside, you can place a Storage Crate right next to them, allowing for quick access. Better yet, if you want to redesign your base, you can move your Storage Crates very easily, which simply isn’t possible for House Storage.
