Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced: How to Wake Up in a Haystack (Hungover Trophy/Achievement)
He will play anything as long as it's got something unique and original about it, though he's still yet to dip his toes into multiplayer battle arena games like Dota 2.
In his roles, he has applied the latest tools and workflows for project management, content creation, software development, and corporate risk evaluation.
One of his biggest achievements has been building management-level dashboards and delivering regular data analysis to help keep an organization’s security posture strong and continuously improving. In addition, he has worked with GameRant for over 3 years, authoring nearly 1,000 articles across a wide range of video game genres.
After completing the main story, most players will turn their attention towards getting 100% completion. There are plenty of activities left around the Caribbean, from taking down Legendary Ships and hunting for Treasure Maps to collecting every Mayan Stone and much more.
Trophy hunters will also notice that some achievements have descriptions that don't really explain what to do. The Hungover Trophy is one of them, asking players to wake up in a haystack. Thankfully, the answer is much simpler than it sounds, and it all starts with a visit to a tavern in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.
How to Wake Up in a Haystack in AC Black Flag Resynced
To unlock the Hungover Trophy, you first need to reach Sequence 3, where you'll arrive in Nassau. This is the first location in the game with a tavern, making it the earliest place where you can earn this achievement. If you're already in the late game, don't worry, as several other taverns become available throughout the Caribbean.
Once inside a tavern, interact with the drinks next to the bartender and keep purchasing using Reales. As Edward takes one drink after another, his vision will gradually become blurrier until he eventually passes out after the 5th drink. A black scene will appear; afterwards, you will find yourself inside a nearby haystack, at which point the Hungover Trophy/Achievement will unlock.
Outside of earning the trophy, there isn't much reason to keep drinking. Edward's vision remains blurry for a short while, but it doesn't affect his combat abilities in any way, and the drunken effects usually wear off after about a minute.
Since you're already at the Nassau tavern, it's worth taking advantage of the other activities available there. You can buy tips from the bartender to reveal the locations of nearby Naval Convoys, making it easier to board them for valuable rewards.
Taverns also feature board games like Checkers and Fanorona, which can be a decent way to earn some extra Reales early on. If you're unfamiliar with the rules, though, it's a good idea to make a manual save before placing any bets so you don't accidentally lose your hard-earned money.
