Given its strengths, it's safe to say that the Yami Yami no Mi is just as good, if not better than, Imu's power.

The Ope Ope no Mi has been dubbed the "Ultimate Devil Fruit," which is why the entire world was after it. The Marines were willing to pay 3 billion berries just to acquire it for themselves.
